Building the Talent Pipeline For the Future
of Precision Manufacturing
The future of manufacturing depends on people—skilled, motivated, and prepared to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry. Our chapter is committed to strengthening the precision manufacturing workforce by connecting education, industry, and opportunity.
The St. Louis Chapter invests more than $35,000 each year in workforce development, supporting students from their first exposure to manufacturing through education, training, and entry into the workforce.
Through junior high and high school grants, college scholarships, and NTMA-U training and apprenticeship, we're helping build a stronger talent pipeline while connecting local manufacturers with the next generation of skilled professionals.
